Police ID Victim, Suspect in Homicide at Duluth-Area Apartment Complex
The man's body was found outside by a resident of the Boggs Road complex.
Gwinnett Police have identified the victim and suspect from Saturday's fatal shooting at a Duluth-area apartment complex.
According to a press release, police say Joel Tengue, 21, was the man found dead Saturday around noon near Astor Place Apartments, located at 1435 Boggs Road. He was found with an apparent gunshot wound.
The suspect has been identified as Nicambreon Flowers, 24, for whom there are active arrest warrants for felony murder and armed robbery.
The investigation continues.
