JDRF Fundraiser at Moes on Sugarloaf Parkway

Moe's is hosting a fundraising night for JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).  JDRF is the largest nongovernmental supporter of type 1 diabetes and is focused on the treatment and finding a cure for type 1 diabetes.  Type 1 diabetes is when the body does not produce any insulin and individuals must take insulin shots to survive.  Type 1 diabetes is not caused by diet or weight.  15,000 kids are diagnosed each year!

Moe's will donate a portion of every sale between 2pm and 9pm on August 15th to "Cameron's Call for a Cure" - one of this year's JDRF Walk teams!  Cameron is 9 and was diagnosed on October 21, 2012.  Since then she has had over 2200 finger pricks or insulin shots!  All funds raised to go JDRF!

Please support JDRF and visit Moe's on Sugarloaf Parkway on August 15th!  Thank you!!!!
