Tammy  is a long time resident of Duluth, wife of 25 years, and mother of four; including two sons who proudly serve in the USMC. Her practical view of the world around her inspires an honest and realistic perspective of Duluth; its rich history and present state, as well as its future goals and aspirations.

"Basically, I write what I observe in my world.  I'm very involved in the Duluth community, have had children in the schools here for 15 years and have 9 years to go! We love Duluth and  have been here for 23 years.  During these years, I've learned that community is not something that happens over night or just on the street, but is something that happens inside the hearts of the people as they walk together over time."
