Due to the potential for wintry weather and hazardous road conditions, the Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services Department will place an extra engine and medic unit in-service overnight Thursday to assist with any weather-related incidents. Weather forecasters are predicting a chance for winter weather that may bring snow and black ice to the metro Atlanta area including Gwinnett County.
