Man Injured in Downtown Train Crash - Douglasville Patch One man was injured and taken to Atlanta Medical after apparently attempting to drive around the warning signal cross bar and over the train tracks in downtown Douglasville Thursday morning, according to Capt. Elderly Man Extricated After Being Trapped in Vehicle - Canton-Sixes Patch A single-vehicle accident left one man injured in northeastern Cherokee County Thursday afternoon. Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services responded to the accident shortly after 1 p.m. on Highway 369/Hightower Road near its intersection with Lower Creighton Road.
