Frequently Stuck in Traffic on Interstate 85?

Become part of the transportation solution by discussing ways to alleviate I-85 gridlock.

  Join the Gwinnett County Department of Transportation, the Gwinnett Place and the Gwinnett Village Community Improvement Districts for an open house to discuss an upcoming study on transportation alternatives and solutions for improving local and regional mobility and connectivity in the I-85 corridor. An open house in scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, at the Gwinnett Village CID, 5855 Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Suite 122 in Norcross. Another open house is planned from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at the Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place, 1775 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth. The same information will be presented at both gatherings. Experts Sharing Information at Redevelopment Forum

Local, regional redevelopment activity focus of forum Friday at Gwinnett Place Marriott in Duluth.

  Brookings Institute fellow Chris Leinberger, a land use strategist, teacher, developer, researcher and author noted for balancing business realities with social and environmental issues, will be the keynote speaker at a Gwinnett Redevelopment Forum Friday, Jan. 27, at the Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place in Duluth. Information will be presented on local and regional redevelopment activity. The annual forum is being presented by Gwinnett Chamber Economic Development and the Council for Quality Growth from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Doors open for networking and breakfast at 8 a.m. Lunch will be provided.
