Today should be much dryer than the last two, with most of today's precipitation remaining overRead More central Georgia. I've uploaded an image that depicts the rainfall over Georgia for the last two weeks. You can see that many areas have had 4-8" of rainfall with some over 8-10"!

The rainfall estimate page can be viewed here: http://www.daculaweather.com/4_nws_rfc.php TropicalRead More Depression Two has formed in the Gulf of Mexico but it appears this system will stay south of the US. All in all, a fairly quiet day weather wise.

I hope the EEOC investigates this. I have no doubt Officer Johnson's claims are all true.

I think you are going to have these type problems when you have guys that are mainly vets and jocksRead More or manly men put in a position of working with openly gay people. We have the same problems playing out in the military with women and gays when people work closely together for hours on end. Things were easier when it was kept in the closet. Now it is all out there. Maybe they can hopefully come to just mutually respect each other as professional and drop the suit and go on from there and heal the wounds. Hurting the taxpayers by either side is not going to help his cause. Time for both sides to grow up, maybe?

If police officers can't even treat a fellow officer with respect in their place of work, how canRead More any Duluth resident trust that the police force will be professional and fair-minded in their dealings with them, especially the are gay and lesbian residents in Duluth. By the way, openly gay does not equate non-manly. And there are plenty of gay vets out there as well. Things may have been easier for the homophobic folks when gays and lesbians were in the closet, but it certainly wasn't easier for the gays and lesbians. It was probably also easier for the racist people among us when segregation was the order of the day too.

On a different level, small businesses should really consider joining Independent We StandRead More (www.independentwestand.org) Great people. Great organization. They have great resources and are often more on top of the BuyLocal movement than even some of the chambers or network groups.

I'm a huge superman fan. This film was awful. They screwed the hole story up.. Jonathan kent wasRead More taking by a tornado and Clark just watched him die. Terrible movie. And terrible pick of actress to play Louis lane.

Not Recommended! This movie was awful on sow many levels I hardly know where to start. The filmingRead More was done with that jittery camera effect that looks like it was taken with an old hand held video camera. Ive seen more steady camera work at a first communion. Next the story was way too long to hold the interest of the most dedicated Superman fan. Way too much "action" to keep your attention. The sound went from normal to Unacceptably loud and made the whole audience uncomfortable and finally the music was unnecessarily constant. I started out wanting to give it an "A" and quickly dropped it to a "C-" and ended up with a firm. "F". This is my first review and it was really that poor.
