It's such a shame that a business that offers their consumers so much in terms of product selection has such a nasty staff. I have visited this establishment several times in the past, even taking my family members who came from out of town, but the staff seemed to get worse with each visit. My last trip there was with my mother, we approached the counter, asked the guy for assistance, he threw packages of hair on the counter and walked away back to his laptop with no word. I tried to ask questions but he completely ignored me, when I asked him if he was ignoring me he simply got up and walked away...needless to say, I walked out and haven't walked back in since April 2012 and have no plans to visit this establishment in the future.

I have been to this store a couple of times because is closer and has a larger variety. YES they are all rude. I too have promised not to go there again.

I went there to buy hair extensions...and the girl told me "White girls don't wear extensions, you need to go somewhere else."

Don't be fooled with the hair extensions and the "deal" BOGO free! I bought extensions there and although the girl was helpful she gave me extensions that were suppose to be human hair but then when I tried highlighting it to my hair it wouldn't bleach.....I also agree that they aren't nice people there and FYI there is an NO return policy on ANYTHING in the store just store credits.....they expect you to read the small sign at the register which just so happens to be right where you would place your purse to pay, go figure!!!! Wouldn't recommend, AT ALL!
Oh and PS I give them ZERO STARS but it won't allow me to.

This store has a ton of inventory but they have the most rude staff of people working there! We have shopped there periodically since they opened because of the selection of dresses and jewelry, but after our visit this week I made a promise to myself that I will never shop there again. We visited to try pageant dresses and the male worker would not even look at me when I addressed him and would not assist me when I asked for help. We then went to the jewelry area and the worker there did not greet us but instead she followed us up and down every isle in the store. When I purchased my earrings she did not address me in anyway accept to take a deep sigh as though I was disturbing her as she took my money. That will definitely be our last visit to this store.

I bought my wedding gown here and the price was great. I received a handwritten discount for altering since it was the last size. I returned and they said altering person was not there anymore..thats bad business!

hi I bought a dress for 60.00$ for my daugther and at the first use after 20 min. the dress riped. I bring the dress back to the store to see what they can do the answer was nothing becouse she ready used it' s like I pay 60 dollars to use a dress for 20 min [ trash]
