I just find out during the past few weeks people has been victim of assault by three guys with a knife. I really do not know how the security of this place do not contract more security or call police for security. July 2011.

Once known as Venture Mall, a quiet dull shopping plaza that was facing closure. But last year the story has completely changed, an area once full of empty stores us now full of beautiful colors and thriving stores. Along with a wide variety of shops, Santa Fe Mall has a movie theater and a giant playground in the middle.

My family and I have been coming to this Mall so our kids can play on the play ground. It's used up pretty badly. There padding is worn pretty bad in places and it is dirty most of the time.
Sometimes when there are no other kids playing we go up and play with my little kids. We were told we were not allowed inside the play area by a woman I assume was a security guard. She stood there and waited till we came down like we were teenagers and told us we could not be in the play area AT ALL, even to play with our toddler at the bottom. She then stood around till we left completely.
It is crazy to not let parents play with there kids. I was just trying to play with my kids not on my own. I understand a bunch of teenagers, but to tell a parent we can't go up is stupid. Every playground I have ever been too allows parents to play with their kids, even the ones you pay to get into. Maybe they were worried their old playground equipment was not able to take the load, but that's really scary.
Needless to say I will never go back. We use to make a day of if and buy food there and treats for the kids. Too bad their policies are so ridiculous they just lost a lot of revenue. I was even considering to take the kids to a movie that day. Too bad, I guess I'll take my money somewhere else.
