Do not ever come here. IF you come, you will know once you left the door. My daughter brought a "new"" clarinet according to these asian owners. They would not let me have a close look at it. I paid over $300, and once I left the store I examined it and found tons of scratches and the mouthpiece was glue together. I walk back into the store, and the owner said NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE. Heck, they didn't even show me the instrument and charged my over $300 dollars. Later I found the exact model on Amazon and it was listed for $75 with a case and accessory, which was not included by Pro Music.
What a rip off.
