I went to this McDonald's for the 1st and last time. I ordered a Qtr pounder cheese, No Ketchup or mustard, add mayo and a grilled onion cheddar. The girl charged me $.30 for mayo. When I asked her about it, she said if I had ordered it without the ketchup or mustard and asked for a pack of mayo it would not have been $0.30. How crazy is that? I figured lesson learned for my next visit. The only problem is that they did not make the sandwich correctly. A quarter pounder should have those tiny little onions on it. This one did not. Additionally, they drowned the sandwich in mayo. Guess they wanted to make sure I go my $0.30 worth. It did not look at all eatable. I pulled round and got out of the car. I went into the store and asked a worker to fix the sandwich. She got the "manager". I asked again for them to fix the sandwich. She (the "manager") looked at me and said that it is what I ordered and handed it back. Really? What ever happened to customer service or for that matter good manners? I did not raise my voice..but I was angry. I asked for a full refund. She walked away and took 5 min (co-worker said 5 min and 24 sec) to come back with my refund but would not give me my money until I signed her "refund" slip. I left the "food" they were trying to serve me on the counter and went to Whole Food and got pasta for me and my co-worker.

There are way too many good places to eat in this area for the "manager" to treat the customer with disregard.

The restruant is consistantly sub par to terrible on their food. Its cold 9 out of ten times and the staff is usually sub par as well. GIve them feedback and they will not listen nor do they seem to care. I guess this is the standard for a poorly run restruant.
