Originally built in 1943 as Joan Glancy Hospital, Gwinnett County's first hospital, Glancy Rehabilitation Center is now part of Gwinnett Medical Center and provides inpatient/outpatient care and stroke rehabilitation services. Typical patients also may be recovering from a fractured hip, joint replacement surgery, spinal cord injury, brain trauma and other conditions. It has entrances on McClure Bridge and Irvindale roads.
