I took a almost new Snapper mower to this shop to be serviced. When I returned to pick up my mower they could not find it. Evidently it had been placed in the section of junk mowers, and you guessed it, it got picked up by their junk man. They complained about replacing the mower so vehemently that I settled for a used mower of much less quality. And it never ran right. I would not ever return for even a light bulb changed.
