DON'T TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE IF YOU LOVE IT!
I called them when my sons chiwawa Lily was having problems breathing and gasping for air and they wouldn't even give me any advice to try and help her get whatever was lodged out. All they would say is "you have to bring her in".. I told them I didn't know if she would make it she was gasping so loud. On the 3 mile drive to the hospital Lily quit gasping.. we walked in and told them she quit gasping for air, is she alive. The receptionist took her pulse and said she couldn't find it. She then had to go knock and knock on a door to get the Dr. to come out (looking half asleep). He said she was dead and proceeded to ask my son for his drivers license and wanted to collect a $95 office visit and money to perform an autopsy. My son said he didn't want an autopsy and said he wasn't paying them when they didn't treat his dog, provide any care for his dog, didn't even spend 3 minutes with his dog. When my son tried to leave the "so called Doctor" stood behind his car and wouldn't let him back out and called the Duluth police. Thank God the Duluth police dept had a heart and totally understood our surprise at how this so called dr. wanted to collect over $200 from us for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.... If they would have at least tried to tell us how to unlodge whatever was in there Lily may be alive. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE >>>> IF YOU LOVE THEM.. Look up this doctors name and see everything bad there is! PLEASE!

These "doctors" killed my perfectly, healthy, beautiful, loving pet, Paige. I took her there for emergency surgery and three days later she was dead! They did not help her after taking my money at all! They let her suffer and told me that the gasping for breath that she was doing was panting due to pain. They kept trying to get me to take her and I kept telling them that something was VERY WRONG. They did not put her on fluids, they did not check her espohagus, they did not xray her lungs---NOTHING. They ROBBED me of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix my Pug and then ultimately killed her and prolonged her misery. I hope these "doctors" rot in the HELL that they created for my dog. She deserved SO much better than these KILLERS!
I took my pet here for boarding and they just ran up a list of charges I never consented to nor did they mention at the time I dropped off my pet and paid the boarding fee. Unethical business practice.
