Summer Day Camp Fun Starts Soon

Duluth Parks and Recreation Department offering weeklong Summer Day Camps for children ages 4-12 beginning May 29.

It’s that time of year when parents start wondering how to keep the kids active and entertained when school lets out. The Duluth Parks and Recreation Department offers reasonable half- and full-day weeklong Summer Day Camp experiences for children ages 4-12.

The camps feature a balance of free play, crafts, sports, recreational activities, and field trips in a safe and supervised environment at . Day campers have access to both indoor and outdoor facilities at the park. Camp hours are either 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday or 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Summerpalooza – May 29-June 1
  • Fun and Fit – June 4-8
  • Art Attack – June 11-15
  • Nature Week – June 18-22
  • Travel Thru Time – June 25-29
  • Party in the USA – July 2-6 (No camp on July 4)
  • Slime, Grime & Goop – July 9-13
  • Kid Nation – July 16-20
  • Duluth’s Got Talent – July 23-27
  • Aquapalooza – (July 30-Aug. 3)

Fees are $80 a week for Duluth residents and $100 for non-residents for half-day camp and $105 for residents and $125 for non-residents for full-day camp.
