G-Braves widen first-place lead by defeating Charlotte Knights.

Teheran (5-3) pitched his first complete game, allowing one run on seven hits with six strikeouts. The G-Braves now lead the IL South by 1.5 games over Charlotte.

A squeeze bunt by Gwinnett's Lance Zawadzki in the fifth scored Christian Marrero with the first run, and the G-Braves added two more in the sixth.
