Region 7-AAAAAA Coming Up Big in Football Rankings
Duluth opens region play Friday against a key rival.
As Duluth prepares to open play this week against a key rival, Region 7-AAAAAA is well represented in statewide rankings.
Four teams are ranked in the top 10 by Georgia High School Football Daily, which also is published in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
One of those ranked teams, Peachtree Ridge, hosts Duluth (0-2) on Friday in Suwanee.
Also, North Gwinnett (No. 1), Norcross (No. 6) and Mill Creek (No. 7) are ranked.
