Peachtree Ridge Boys Advance in AAAAA Basketball Tourney
The Lions overcome Dacula, now will face Alpharetta.
The Peachtree Ridge High boys advanced Saturday in state AAAAA basketball tournament action in the Lions Den. The Lions defeated Dacula, 52-37, to advance to the second round.
There they will face Alpharetta, a 72-54 winner over Lassiter on Saturday, in the second round Wednesday at Ridge.
Jordan Capps finished with 17 points, four rebounds and five blocks for Ridge.

The boys and girls AAAAA finals will be at the Gwinnett Arena in Duluth on March 9.
