Gwinnett Braves Fall Again in Buffalo

Teheran hit hard in loss. Buffalo scored four runs in the first two innings.

For the second straight game, the Gwinnett Braves' starting pitcher was hit hard in a loss. Thursday, it was star prospect Julio Teheran (3-2). Host Buffalo scored four runs in the first two innings for a 4-2 victory.

Teheran allowed three walks and two hits in the first. A two-run single by the Buffalo Bisons in the third gave them a 4-2 lead that held up the rest of the way.

Teheran allowed four runs on seven hits in 2.2 innings, walking five.

The G-Braves (25-16, first in IL South) and Buffalo play again Friday in Buffalo.
