Collins Hill at : A potential crossroads game for both teams. Fact is, the loser of this game will need help from other teams to earn a playoff berth in tough Region 7-AAAAA, which has two state-ranked teams (North Gwinnett and Norcross) and another team playing like one (Peachtree Ridge) at the top of the standings. A big "if" in this game is the availability of Duluth’s Anfornee Stewart, the county passing leader who suffered a badly sprained ankle last week in a 35-14 loss to Norcross. Duluth enters the game 2-2. Collins Hill is 1-3. Both are 0-1 in the region. Collins Hill 24, Duluth 20.

Mountain View at : What’s this? Mountain View? Tied for first place in 7-AAAAA? It’s true. The third-year program knocked off playoff contender Mill Creek 9-7 last week in one of the biggest upsets of the season. The Bears (2-2), who gave up 54 points to Central Gwinnett in the season-opener, shut down Mill Creek to win their second game in the row. Things will be different this week against the Peachtree Ridge Lions (3-1), winners of three straight games. There are few things the Lions don’t do well. Peachtree Ridge 26, Mountain View 10.
