Bunten Road Park is excited to bring to you your very own personal trainer! Professional trainer Charles Teasley will be training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Offering agility training, plyometrics, speed, anaerobics, aerobics, weight training, static stretching and ballistic stretching. His program is personalized for your needs. Classes will be both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting.
