Hockey Day in Georgia

Southern Amateur Hockey Association has joined with OneGoal, USA Hockey and the Atlanta Thrashers to create an opportunity on April 9, 2011, for families to come to the Atlanta IceForum and Try Hockey for Free! This free trial has been created specifically for children ages 4-9 years old who are interested in trying hockey for the first time.

While we encourage those who have access to a set of equipment, please feel free to bring it. For those who don't have equipment, participants only need to bring the following:

• Helmet
• A pair of gloves (they don't need to be hockey gloves - mittens are fine)
• A parent (to complete the registration form)
• Skates (if possible - see the link below to find the rinks that can provide rentals)
• A Smile
