9 Duluth H.S. Football Players Sign Letters

Senior Wildcats sign letters of commitment to attend college on football scholarships.

Proud parents, family and friends gathered in the Duluth High School Theatre on National Football Signing Day Feb. 1 to watch nine varsity football players sign letters of commitment to attend college on scholarship. Principal Jason Lane congratulated the athletes seated on the stage next to their parents, and Head Football Coach Corey Jarvis introduced the signees. The honorees posed for a group photo at the end of the ceremony. They are front, l-r: Josh Johnson, Thomas Moore College; Henry Enyenihi, Tusculum University; Ahmad Muhammad, Albany State University; Matthew Randle, Albany State University; rear, l-r, Richard House, Atlanta Sports Academy; Anfornee Stewart, Middle Tennessee State University; Mark Ruskell, Georgia State University; Nick Waslyk, Tusculum University; and Michael Randle, Albany State University. Quarterback Stewart received 12 offers, Jarvis said. A congratulatory reception featuring a special cake followed in the lobby.
