Community invited to view the annual ceremony from 9 to 10:50 a.m. Tuesday at Duluth High School.
Duluth High School Navy JROTC Cadets will have their Annual Inspection and Pass-in-Review ceremony Tuesday, March 27. Lt. Commander John-Michael Jones invites the community to view the ceremony at the high school from 9 to 10:50 a.m.
The inspecting officer will be Commander Rustie Hibbard, USN (ret).

“The cadets are an integral part of the Duluth community and as such would love to have as many of our friends, family and neighbors attend their big day,” Jones said. The Duluth High School NJROTC has 130 participants.
