The Gwinnett Department of Fire and Emergency Services is pairing up with the Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau to present a fire safety seminar directed at members of the hotel and lodging industry. The seminar is the launch of "Rest Safe", a new fire department public awareness initiative directed at the industry. County officials will speak on topics such as improving the safety of hotel, staff, and property, compliance with fire code, and building "Rest Safe" partnerships.
