Duluth High School senior Tim Mettille, a Duluth Wildcats football player, has been announced as the recipient of a new scholarship that recognizes Gwinnett scholar athletes exhibiting exceptional character traits on and off the football field.
One student athlete from each of the 22 Gwinnett County public and
private high schools competing through the Georgia High School Association
(GHSA) were selected as recipients of the Gwinnett Touchdown Club Sports Medicine South Scholarships.

Each award recipient received a $600 scholarship for a total
of $13,200 in scholarships for all 22 athletes.
