Duluth High School Band Ready for Football Halftime

Duluth High School Band finishes week-long band camp with a performance. Fall football halftime shows to have 'Earth, Wind & Fire' theme.

Marching in time to the music, students from the Duluth High School Band took over the football field for the final day of band camp Friday, July 29.

Performing in front of parents and friends, the band members showed off what they had learned during the week. For an hour the students marched, played music, and tossed flags on Cecil Morris Field.

"A lot of work goes into the 10-minute halftime show," said Duluth Wildcats Band Director Dr. Sonny Petway. This season's halftime show will have an "Earth, Wind & Fire" theme.
