A unique real estate property is on the market -- one that was built as a replica to the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland, according to the real estate listing.
The house at 3816 Turnberry Court is located in the Sweet Bottom Plantation community, and is listed with seven bedrooms and six baths. The house was built in 1996. Price: $675,000.
The builder/owner is no stranger to Disney projects, according to listing agent Matt Hermes. The builder made sure the design matched dimensions and architectural structure of the actual Disneyland Haunted Mansion as closely as possible.
Other distinctive features include an original Haunted Mansion Gate sign at the front, with the four iconic pillars and green, hand-welded iron railings, listing information said. On the roof are four faux smoke stacks like the original Disneyland Haunted Mansion.
An actual animated ghost scene occurs in the first-floor bathroom when a faucet in the sink is turned on.
