According to a listing on Zillow.com, a house on Centennial Trail in Duluth will be sold at auction on Feb. 4 at the Gwinnett County Courthouse, and on auction.com. The house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet.
The opening bid is set at $47,500. The house last sold in 2000 for $114,000.
The house is located near Old Norcross Road, not far from the I-85 intersection with Steve Reynolds Boulevard.
