How is the Duluth real estate market doing? Prudential Georgia gives an update.
The real estate market continues to change, and Duluth is no different.

Some highlights from the month of May:

- Active listings is down 59 percent from this time last year and down 12 percent from April.
- The average number of days on the market was also down by 23 percent from 70 days in 2012 to 54 days this year.
- The median listing price is up considerably from this time year, $224,000 to $350,000
