Woodall Announces June Town Hall Meetings

Seventh District Congressman to hold two in-person Town Hall Meetings and two call-in Town Hall Meetings.

Seventh District U.S. Rep. Rob Woodall (R-Lawrenceville) has scheduled a Town Hall Meeting in Gwinnett County to hear constituent concerns from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, June 8, at Buford City Hall, 2300 Buford Hwy.

Congressman Woodall also announced plans to conduct a Town Hall Meeting in Cumming Saturday, June 15, and two Telephone Town Hall Meetings June 11 and 20.

“America needs leadership that is accessible, accountable and efficient,” Woodall said in announcing the meetings. “I know often Washington seems like none of these things. But here in the Seventh District, it is different. I am working to restore the bonds of trust between Americans and their elected leaders in Washington.”

“One of the ways I try to do this is by holding regular Town Hall meetings. Knowing that your time is precious – and your weekends even more so – in addition to two Saturday morning Town Hall Meetings, I have two Telephone Town Hall Meetings scheduled as well.”

The June 15 meeting in Cumming (Forsyth County) is scheduled from 9 to 10 a.m. at North Georgia College and State University, 300 Aquatic Cir., Room 125.

To call in to the Telephone Town Hall meetings June 11 (7:15-7:45 p.m.) and June 20 (7-7:30 p.m.) dial 877-229-8493 and enter a Passcode of 17849.

Woodall mailed postcards to constituents announcing the June meeting dates.
