Some Gwinnett Online Services Not Available
Outages occur due to upgrades of online services over President's Day Weekend.
If you’ve tried to pay your water bill over the weekend online with Gwinnett County but weren’t able to do so, there’s a reason.
Required upgrades being made to several county business systems caused outages beginning at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15. The systems will be unavailable through Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 8 a.m.
The following functions will be unavailable during that time:

- Citizen Self-Service
- All licensing and revenue services
- ESS (Employee Self-Service)
- SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
