Part-time aquatic service leader — Performs a variety of clerical functions, which may include typing, answering phone calls from the public, filing, copying, faxing, opening and distributing mail and/or performing other related activities. The deadline to apply for this job is Sunday, March 10. 

Recreation program leader — This position is located at the Pinckneyville Park Community Recreation Center. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of an arts-focused community recreation center, including supervising participants and programs, assisting special interest groups, showing the facility to potential renters, working with the public, teaching classes, camps and monitoring activities in various areas. Also performs various clerical/receptionist duties, assists with marketing recreational programs by speaking at events, designing and distributing flyers and writing newsletters. IT systems architect — Responsible for designing, implementing, documenting and supporting the systems infrastructure. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 15.

Financial supervisor with treasury division — Provides day-to-day direction and supervision of the disbursements section to include payment generation, Procurement Card program, vendor relationships, prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, staff training, ensuring employees follow policies and procedures, maintaining a healthy and safe working environment and making hiring, termination and disciplinary recommendations.
