Duluth Patch Features 9/11 Remembrance Pages

In remembrance of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States, Duluth Patch has posted a special 10th anniversary 9/11 page featuring articles about Duluth and nearby cities in Gwinnett County observing this day. It includes articles on Duluth’s upcoming Living Honorarium unveiling Sunday and Suwanee’s unveiling of a 9/11 artifact Saturday. Also, the Huffington Post has collected and compiled 911, yes, that’s nine hundred and 11, photos from our Patch sites across the country featuring individuals who were moved by 9/11 to make a difference in their communities and the world.

A photo of Duluth Police Lt. Bill Stevens, who was inspired to create Operation One Voice, is featured. Operation One Voice, which is sponsoring a 9/11 Remembrance Weekend, raises funds to assist children and families of fallen and wounded U.S. Special Operations Forces.
