Duluth City Hall will be closed Thursday, July 4, for the Independence Day holiday. City offices will reopen for regular business hours Friday, July 5.
Most Gwinnett County government offices also will be closed July 4 for the holiday. County offices will resume normal business hours on July 5. A Magistrate Court judge will be available at the Gwinnett County Detention Center during the holiday.
Independence Day is not a trash and recycling holiday for solid waste providers in unincorporated Gwinnett County, so trash and recycling collections are scheduled as normal.
