Duluth 'Giving Hands' for Minnesota Flood Cleanup

Friday, July 20, deadline for dropping off new work gloves being collected at Duluth, GA, City Hall for cleanup efforts in flood-damaged sister city of Duluth, MN.

To show support and concern for its sister city, citizens in Duluth, GA, are being asked by local government to donate work gloves for volunteers helping to clean up the damage from recent floods in Duluth, MN.

Over 12 feet of water washed through the Minnesota city's historic area in June. Volunteers are helping to restore the area and hopefully move many homeowners back into their homes.

Anyone who would like to donate adult size work gloves to help the Duluth, MN, citizens with their cleanup efforts, should bring new adult size work gloves to City Hall. The last day for collection will be Friday, July 20.
