Duluth Council Candidates Forum Is Planned

Two posts are up for grabs, with three candidates for each.

Soon it will be time to head for the ballot box in Duluth, and a candidates forum is scheduled.

According to the Duluth City Hall Facebook page, a forum for the City Council candidates will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 6 p.m., beginning with a meet and greet. Location will be the Payne Corley House, 2987 Main Street.

In Duluth, the council races break down like this:

  • Post 1: Marsha Anderson Bomar (incumbent), David Cossette, Louis Tseng.
  • Post 2: Kirkland Carden, Jim Dugan (incumbent), Seth Grey.

(Note: Only voters who reside in the Duluth city limits can vote in the City Council elections. All City Council voting will be done at Duluth City Hall.)
