Christmas Day Snowfall Photograph Given to City

Duluth Patch Editor Faye Edmundson, Wallace Reid of Wallace Reid Portraiture, and Bill Crissey of Gwinnett Gallery presented a framed copy to the city of a photograph taken by Edmundson of the 2010 Christmas Day snowfall on the and . Reid enhanced the photography with a Currier & Ives treatment, and Gwinnett Gallery framed it. The photograph, which was presented to the city at the Jan. 9, 2012, Duluth City Council meeting, will hang in the lobby of Duluth City Hall. A small plaque will acknowledge the donation. Standing next to the photograph displayed on an easel during the presentation ceremony are Bill Crissey, l-r, Faye Edmundson, Duluth Mayor Nancy Harris, and Wallace Reid.
