Meth found as Gwinnett Sheriff's deputies, ICE agents were trying to serve warrant

Gwinnett County Sheriff’s deputies and Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested two men and a woman Thursday night in an apartment off Boggs Road in Duluth after discovering methamphetamine inside the residence, according to a spokesperson with the Sheriff’s Department.

The two men, Cesar Sierro-Pinneda and Jorge Leon-Polido, were both charged with trafficking methampetamine, and the woman Candelaria Trinidad was charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of a weapon during the commission of certain crimes, according to Stacey Bourbonnais, public information officer for the Sheriff’s Department.

The deputies and ICE agents were serving a warrant based on a tip they received, Bourbonnais said. The incident occurred at the Idlewood Apartments located at 1435 Boggs Road, she said.
