Female reportedly entered SunTrust Bank on Pleasant Hill Road in unincorporated Duluth and handed threatening note demanding money to a teller.

Johnette Pinkerton, 58, was arrested at her home in Lawrenceville after a tipster recognized her on surveillance footage of a robbery at a SunTrust Bank in unincorporated Duluth Jan. 31 and called Gwinnett County Police detectives, Cpl. Jake Smith reported Thursday.

Detectives compared ID photos of Pinkerton to the security footage and found they were a match, Smith said. Pinkerton was arrested at her home without incident, he said. She remains in custody at the Gwinnett County Detention Center without bond.
