Gwinnett Police Conducting Gun Safety Seminar
Register now for the seminar scheduled April 4 at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center.
Attention, gun owners and others interested in firearms safety! The Gwinnett Police Department will conduct a Firearm Safety Seminar Thursday, April 4, from 7-9:30 p.m. at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center in Lawrenceville.
According to a GCPD news release, personnel from the Gwinnett Police Academy will cover several topics, including Georgia carry and deadly force laws, how to obtain a carry permit, personal defense, and types of weapons and their use.
Attendees are not to bring firearms to this event and will have to pass a security checkpoint.

Seating is limited to 300, so attendees are asked to register by emailing gunsafety@gwinnettcounty.com.
