Duluth Residents Arrested on Massage Therapy License Charges

The Gwinnett Police Vice Unit conducts regular checks of massage parlors.

Several Duluth area residents were arrested recently on charges that they were practicing massage therapy without a license, records show.

According to records at the Gwinnett Detention Center, the following residents were arrested on Oct. 18:

  • Hyun Nam Choi, 1422 Preston Park Drive, practicing massage therapy without a license;
  • Qiuling Gao, 4114 Berkley Mill Close, practicing massage therapy without license;
  • Jaeyoung Jun Huh, 3924 Grovemont Place, practicing massage therapy without license;
  • Chong Suk Rosa, 3355 McDaniel Road, Apt. 2208, practicing massage therapy without license.

Gwinnett Police spokesperson Ed Ritter said that the arrests were the work of the department's Vice Unit, which conducts checks on massage parlors on a regular basis.
