Patch Restructuring- No longer Local?

I understand that the folks at AOL have recently "restructured" the local Patch's, read that to say laid off all the editors and consolidate all metro Patches to only a few editors. Notice that the local editors' names are missing from the posts.  I subscribed to the patch for that touch of local information and community interest that I could not get from the Metro news, now I am back to square one. Sorry Patch, the edge that made you unique seems to be lost, as I am sure many of your subscribers will be too.
