"Duluth Celebrates America" July 3 has been canceled. The fireworks has been rescheduled to the Sept. 14 Duluth Fall Festival Concert.
The Fabulous Fourth at the Mall of Georgia is a rain or shine event.
Sugar Hill has postponed its celebration until Aug. 3.
