Already, a Holiday Tree With Lights in Duluth
A tree in the downtown area lights up at night.
The City of Duluth will have its official 2013 holiday tree lighting ceremony on Saturday (Nov. 30) afternoon.
However, there's already a holiday tree of note in the downtown area near City Hall. And it also has unique lights, which are displayed at night (see the attached video).
