The chance for rain will be increasing beginning late today and into tomorrow as the large high pressure that brought us the extremely hot temperatures moves out into the Atlantic.
A very moist return flow from the Gulf of Mexico will bring the return of showers and thunderstorms, some strong to severe on Wednesday and Thursday and lasting through the weekend. This will be a great chance for us to catch up on some of our rainfall deficit.
Increased cloudiness will drop the temperature beginning Wednesday and slowly brings back into a more normal weather pattern, at least for four or five days. Β
