How FOOD SMART are you? Test your Good Carb IQ.
Test your knowledge of Good Carbs vs Bad Carbs.
OK. Its no secret that on average Americans consume more sugar in their foods than many other countries. Many of us are aware of this and simply choose the higher sugar foods because they taste good; but I wonder how many people do not know the difference between a carbohydrate with a lower sugar value versus one with a higher sugar value.
Well to test your knowledge, I have decided to come up with a quiz or test of sorts. Here is how it works: you have 10 questions. For each question answered correctly you receive 1 point. The right answer is the food with the lowest sugar value of the 3 choices available.
