Neil Rolland, MNsure's small business health insurance exchange or
SHOP director, will present "Minnesota's health insurance exchange (MNsure)
for small businesses." The presentation
which includes time for Q&A, covers Minnesota's health insurance
exchange requirements, costs, enrollment and more. The networking
and program is open to all small business owners. The event is sponsored by
MNsure, Minnesota's health insurance exchange, and Small Business Minnesota, a
nonprofit small-business owners' association. Other sponsors to be
announced. Members of Congressman Nolan’s staff will be in attendance to discuss
their role in the Affordable Care Act.

MNsure is Minnesota's health insurance
exchange required under the federal Affordable Care Act. It is a place where
small business owners, including one-person companies, can shop, compare and

Presenter: Rolland has more than 22
years of healthcare experience in the private sector. Prior to joining MNsure, he
served as director of underwriting for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and HealthPartners.
He has also held executive positions with MinuteClinic, HCC Life, Virtual
Radiologic and American TeleCare. He holds a bachelor’s from St. Olaf College in
math and economics, and master’s in leadership from University of St. Thomas.
Small Business Minnesota,
founded in 2008, is a statewide, nonprofit, nonpartisan
membership association for Minnesota small business owners with fewer than 100
employees. It offers public advocacy, networking, educational forums and the
latest small business news.
