Wonder what Christmas was like in days gone by? Experience Christmas during the 1860s through a living history demonstration at McDaniel Farm and learn how soldiers celebrated the holiday season. Visit the Union and Confederate camps and participate in bayonet practice. Make special Christmas crafts to take home and put on your tree and greet the McDaniel brothers as they return home for the Holidays. Make plans to have your picture taken with Father Christmas and explore the farm through a festive hayride.
