On Tuesday, July 31st, the 2012 General Primary will be held. If you are not yet registerd to vote, today is the deadline to get registered.
The requirements to vote in Georgia include:
- being a US citizen
- being a legal resident of the state of Georgia and of the county that you are planning to cast your vote in
- being 18 years old by election day
For those that need to cast their vote via absentee ballot, the paperwork can be found online or at Gwinnett County Voter Registration office at 455 Grayson Highway, Ste 200 in the city of Lawrenceville, 30046. Make sure to bring photo id in order to register.
